How to Master the Media with Rawdon Christie
Rawdon is an award-winning broadcaster with a journalism career that spans twenty years. His career started with the BBC but he’s best-known for presenting Television New Zealand’s Breakfast show, where he interviewed hundreds of guests, from senior politicians and business leaders to Oscar winners and Olympic champions.
Rawdon has also presented political show Agenda, the NZ version of Dragon’s Den, the BBC Look East News, TVNZ’s One News at 6 and Tonight, the Sunday programme and Close Up. He also anchored TVNZ’s coverage of both Christchurch earthquakes.
Since leaving television, Rawdon has divided his time between MCing, facilitating and speaking at conferences, and working with organisations on positive relationship-building, mastering the media and reputation management.
His well-known brand of humour and warmth have made him a regular on the speaking circuit, while the experience and insight he brings from his years in journalism and, before that, teaching, make him a popular coach in the workplace.
