Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refunds for paid events: because we have to book and pay for catering 72 hours prior to any event, any cancellation and/or changes must be made in writing (email is fine) no less than three working days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund/credit. No refund or credit will be given for cancellations made after this time or for non-attendance at the event.
All transaction currencies are in NZ dollars.
