We have had (thankfully) a small number of inquiries about businesses that are facing issues of managing redundancies. This is always a difficult situation for both employee and employer. At the same time a number of our members have experience in advising and certainly assisting the staff to manage their situation, with advice for example on preparation of CV’s and job hunting support. This need not be expensive but is certainly a valued service at a difficult time. While the Chamber does not ‘recommend’ any provider in particular, we are happy to supply a list of members who we know can offer this service.
